Argentina Online provides our customers with products and services subject to the following terms and conditions.
We would like to give you the best possible customer service so please familiarise yourself with the Sales and Returns, Shipping, Payment Options, Private Policy and International Orders.
By accessing Argentina Online you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and accepted, without limitation or qualifications, and are bound to the Terms and Conditions of Argentina Online Shop.
Australia - Flat rate $10 delivery fee generally applies, however, for some heavier items shipping cost may be higher.
New Zealand - Shipping rate depends upon item and can be viewed upon checkout.
*Please note all international customs charges and taxes are payable by the receiver. Argentina Shop is not responsible for any additional charges incurred for shipping orders internationally
METHOD OF SHIPPING
As soon as you have ordered your product online we know how eager you are to receive your beautiful items so we have chosen to ship EXPRESS POST with Australia Post.
Express Post satchels are the ideal choice for delivering urgent items, with next business day delivery available for satchels sent within the Express Post Network. Service conditions apply.
Please notify us if you would like your parcel to be sent to your work address as it will need a signature on delivery to ensure that your parcel does not get lost or stolen.

For our New Zealand orders we offer Australia Post’s Registered Post International Parcels.
It offers an added security service for merchandise items, proof of posting and a signature on delivery.
It offers reliable delivery within 3 to 10 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities*.

Please note that all orders returned to sender due to not being claimed at the international destination will be refunded and the stock returned to system. Customers will be charged the outstanding customs and freight fees. The product can be re dispatched however at the customer’s expense.
We would recommend a work address if it is more convenient to you.
DUTIES, GST, VAT OR CUSTOMS CHARGES
All prices are in Australian dollars. The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
PLEASE NOTE: To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable ‘merchandise’. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a ‘gift’, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
Please ensure that all your details are correct as Argentina Shop is not responsible for the delivery once it leaves head office.

If you choose to send a PayPal e-cheque it may take a few days to clear and consider this method upon purchase as your item cannot be sent until this clears.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Argentina Shop we want you to shop with confidence but please note that we do not offer refund for items purchased.
You can receive an exchange or credit for goods within 7 days of Purchase.
If you would like to return an item simply email us within 2 days of receiving your item through our contact page.
Please note: all garments must be in pristine, ”BRAND NEW “, unworn, unused condition to be eligible for a credit or exchange. All swing tags MUST be on garments.
* If items are not returned in “BRAND NEW,” unworn, unused condition, EXCHANGE OR CREDIT will not be granted.
All Credit notes are valid for 6 months for full priced items only, from the date the item was returned.
Credit notes for sale items are valid for 3 months only, from the date the item was returned.
A direct exchange can only made if the new garment is the exact value of your original purchase.
If you have requested a replacement which is of a lesser value you will receive a credit for the difference.
If you have requested a replacement of higher value you will receive a discount code and pay for the difference.
Your new order must be made back through the online store.
All international orders are not exchanged at the cost of Argentina Shop. We will happily accept returns on a change of size however Argentina Shop will not pay the postage of a return package.
* A 14 day allowance will be granted for international returns
All shoes must be return unmarked and in the original, undamaged box. Please make sure you try them on a carpeted area until your sure that you will be keeping them.
Shoes returned without a box, damaged or with marked soles will not be accepted as ‘new or un-used condition’ for a return.
We will send the shoes back to the customer.
If the protective adhesive strip has been removed we will not accept the return of any swimwear or underwear.
If they are damaged or look to have been worn we will refuse an exchange or credit.
PURCHASING PRODUCTS FROM ARGENTINA ONLINE
You will exercise and rely solely on your own judgement in using the Website for purchasing products. In no event shall we be liable to you or any other person for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including any loss of business or profit goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of any use or inability to use the website.
PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Please be mindful of the due dates on all promotions and discounts, this includes your credit notes, gift vouchers or exchanges.
These are all subject to approval by Argentina Shop. We have the rights to dishonour expired and inactive promotional codes and gift vouchers.
This cannot be redeemed once you have gone past your expiry date.
Argentina shop ensures that we respect your personal information you have provided us when you access and use our website and abide by the appropriate privacy standards.
Personal details such as your name, email address and contact details will be collected.
